  1. Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient production of medical devices.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  6. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet company standards and specifications.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement team to ensure adequate supply of materials for production.
  8. Manage and track production metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Communicate with upper management to provide updates on production progress, issues, and recommendations.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and developments in manufacturing processes and technology.
  12. Participate in hiring and onboarding new production staff as needed.
  13. Ensure all employees are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  14. Handle employee concerns and provide coaching and feedback for performance improvement when necessary.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Production Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.

  • Proficient In Project Management, Process Optimization, And Team Leadership.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills.
