  1. Conduct microbiological testing and analysis to support the development and maintenance of safe and effective medical devices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and validate microbiology-related processes and procedures.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in microbiology to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventative actions to mitigate potential microbiology-related issues.
  5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols for microbiological testing and analysis.
  6. Communicate microbiology-related findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with quality control measures and regulatory requirements related to microbiology.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to microbiological testing and analysis.
  9. Train and mentor junior microbiologists and laboratory staff.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize microbiology processes and procedures.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all microbiology-related activities.
  12. Participate in inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  13. Contribute to the development of new microbiology-related products and technologies.
  14. Remain current on relevant scientific literature and attend conferences and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when working in a laboratory environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Microbiology Or A Related Field.

  • Experience In Performing Various Microbiological Tests, Including But Not Limited To Microbial Culture, Identification, And Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards Related To Microbiology, Such As Iso And Fda Regulations.

  • Proficient In Using Microbiological Laboratory Equipment And Techniques, Including Aseptic Techniques, Pcr, And Bioassays.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data And Make Informed Decisions Based On Results.
