- Design and develop embedded software solutions for medical devices in accordance with product requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise and guidance.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing of software to ensure high-quality and reliable code.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in embedded software engineering, and implement best practices in the development process.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to software development and implementation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and test plans.
- Participate in project planning and estimation, and provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines for medical device software development.
- Continuously improve the software development process and implement efficiency measures to enhance productivity and quality.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Embedded Software Development, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Embedded Software Development Processes, Including Design, Coding, Testing, And Debugging.
Demonstrated Leadership Experience In Leading A Team Of Software Engineers In Developing Complex Embedded Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Device Regulations And Standards, Such As Iec 62304, Iso 13485, And Fda Guidelines.
