  1. Lead and oversee all process engineering activities within the organization.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and effective processes for medical device manufacturing.
  3. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines in the development and execution of processes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
  6. Analyze data and provide recommendations for process optimization.
  7. Train and mentor junior process engineers to ensure a high level of technical expertise within the team.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process engineering and incorporate them into current processes.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, timelines, and any potential issues.
  10. Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure they are completed within the designated timeframes and budget.
  11. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation and records for all processes and projects.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines in the development and execution of processes.
  14. Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and other industry events as a subject matter expert in process engineering.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Related Field Such As Biomedical Engineering Or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards For Medical Device Manufacturing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Process Improvement Projects And Implementing New Manufacturing Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage A Team Of Engineers.
