  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve target revenue goals.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to promote Medtronic's products and services.
  4. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to communicate the benefits and value of our medical devices.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services to customers.
  6. Utilize market and industry knowledge to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively position Medtronic's offerings.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing and prioritizing a sales pipeline.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare providers.
  10. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  11. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and generate leads.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and strategies to drive business growth.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador by representing Medtronic in a positive and ethical manner.
  15. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product improvements and new product development.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Key Players, Market Trends, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders Such As Physicians, Hospital Administrators, And Purchasing Managers.

  • Experience In Managing A Sales Team And Providing Leadership And Guidance To Drive Performance And Achieve Business Objectives.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare, And A Strong Understanding Of Sales Principles And Techniques. An Mba Or Other Advanced Degree May Be Preferred.
