- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and generate leads.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing Medtronic in a positive and ethical manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product improvements and new product development.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Key Players, Market Trends, And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders Such As Physicians, Hospital Administrators, And Purchasing Managers.
Experience In Managing A Sales Team And Providing Leadership And Guidance To Drive Performance And Achieve Business Objectives.
A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare, And A Strong Understanding Of Sales Principles And Techniques. An Mba Or Other Advanced Degree May Be Preferred.
