The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for excellence.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on tooling, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. In addition, the ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CAD/CAM software, CNC programming, and machining processes. The ability to work with a variety of teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, is essential. We are looking for someone who can lead projects from design to completion and can readily identify and resolve problems.
