  1. Design and develop processes for cardiac rhythm management (CRM) products.
  2. Implement and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and quality.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and integration.
  4. Conduct process validation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
  6. Utilize engineering expertise to identify and implement process improvements.
  7. Analyze data and utilize statistical tools to optimize processes.
  8. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  9. Participate in new product development projects and provide input on process design and feasibility.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in process engineering.
  11. Train and mentor junior engineers on process design and improvement.
  12. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on process improvements and project status.
  13. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with process specifications.
  15. Contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the team and the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Industrial, Or Biomedical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Proficiency In Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems And Software.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies (I.e. Six Sigma, Lean).

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Quality Management Systems (Qms) In The Medical Device Industry.
