  1. Oversee and lead third shift production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  2. Train and mentor production team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and capable of performing their roles effectively.
  3. Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  4. Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure smooth and timely production processes.
  5. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
  6. Communicate production goals and expectations to team members and provide regular feedback on performance.
  7. Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet production targets.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  10. Evaluate and report on production metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  11. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  12. Act as a role model for the production team, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality.
  13. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, peers, and management to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes.
  15. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities to team members to support their growth and career progression.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Manufacturing Production Environment, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Gmp Guidelines For Medical Device Production.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Implementing And Managing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Productivity.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience.
