  1. Lead the development and execution of critical programs within the Cardiac and Vascular Group at Medtronic.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective execution of programs.
  4. Ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines, and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or delays.
  5. Manage program budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
  6. Communicate program progress and updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the success of the program.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the program team.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
  10. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  12. Conduct regular program reviews and report on status, progress, and any changes to scope or timeline.
  13. Stay current with industry trends and developments, and incorporate them into program strategies and plans.
  14. Collaborate with other Program Managers to share best practices and drive excellence across the organization.
  15. Represent Medtronic and the CTOR Program at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Specifically In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Meeting Deadlines.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards In The Medical Device Industry, Such As Fda Regulations And Iso 13485.
