  1. Conduct quality assurance activities for all stages of product development, from design to manufacturing and post-market surveillance.
  2. Develop and maintain quality control procedures, standards, and specifications in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate risk management strategies to ensure product safety and effectiveness.
  5. Conduct audits and inspections of suppliers and manufacturing facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track and communicate quality performance.
  8. Participate in new product development projects, providing quality input and ensuring quality requirements are met.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and proactively implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  10. Support and participate in regulatory inspections and audits.
  11. Train and educate staff on quality procedures and practices.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance product quality.
  13. Act as a quality representative in cross-functional meetings and provide quality guidance and support to team members.
  14. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment on quality standards and requirements.
  15. Uphold Medtronic's mission and values by promoting a culture of quality and patient safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards.

  • Experience With Quality Management Systems, Such As Capa, Risk Management, And Supplier Quality.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
