  1. Lead the development and optimization of chemical processes and products that meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
  3. Conduct research, experiments, and data analysis to support the development of new products and improvement of existing ones.
  4. Utilize your expertise in chemical engineering principles to design and implement innovative solutions that address unmet medical needs.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in chemical engineering to continuously improve processes and products.
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  8. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to develop and test new materials and processes.
  10. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  11. Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records of all processes and experiments.
  12. Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges in project timelines.
  13. Participate in product development meetings and provide technical input and recommendations.
  14. Work closely with the Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure products meet all necessary standards and regulations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  16. Act as a subject matter expert in chemical engineering and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Chemical Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Chemical Processes And Equipment, Including Design, Troubleshooting, And Optimization

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Experience With Regulatory Requirements And Compliance For Medical Devices, Such As Fda Regulations And Iso Standards.
