- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial support and guidance.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to management and key stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to management.
- Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the financial health of the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their financial analysis skills.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between the finance team and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Uphold the company's values and ethics in all financial activities.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field. Mba Or Cpa Certification Is Preferred.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Modeling, Forecasting, And Budgeting.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Provide Recommendations For Improvement.
Proven Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
