  1. Provide technical support to customers globally for Medtronic medical devices.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the implementation and maintenance of our products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to provide innovative solutions to customers.
  6. Train and mentor junior support engineers to ensure a high level of technical expertise within the team.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
  9. Participate in product development and improvement initiatives, providing valuable insights and feedback from a customer support perspective.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
  11. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and requirements.
  12. Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and training.
  13. Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support to customers.
  14. Stay current on Medtronic products and services, attending trainings and conferences as required.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service In A Global Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Devices And Their Clinical Applications.

  • Experience With Troubleshooting Complex Technical Issues And Providing Effective Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Customers Worldwide.
