- Provide technical support to customers globally for Medtronic medical devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the implementation and maintenance of our products.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in product development and improvement initiatives, providing valuable insights and feedback from a customer support perspective.
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and requirements.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and training.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support to customers.
- Stay current on Medtronic products and services, attending trainings and conferences as required.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service In A Global Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Devices And Their Clinical Applications.
Experience With Troubleshooting Complex Technical Issues And Providing Effective Solutions.
