
Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
We are searching for an experienced Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to join the Human Resources team at Medtronic. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and innovative talent acquisition strategy while ensuring the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, motivated, and creative professional with exemplary communication skills and a passion for developing and growing talent.To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition in a corporate environment and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. You should have a deep understanding of the recruitment process and best practices, including interviewing, assessing, and onboarding candidates. Experience with recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems is essential. Additionally, you should be able to think strategically and develop long-term plans while also being able to adjust quickly to the ever-changing needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet the evolving needs of Medtronic.
- Lead, direct, and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including interviewing, assessing, and onboarding candidates.
- Establish and foster relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other external partners.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment performance against established goals and KPIs.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Talent Acquisition team.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure talent acquisition needs are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to talent acquisition policies and procedures.
