Are you an experienced and passionate Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition looking to join a world-leading global medical technology company? The successful candidate will be an experienced talent acquisition leader, responsible for global talent acquisition strategy and operations. The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will also have an eye for detail and the ability to collaborate and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and at least 8 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate setting. An advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred, as is experience in a global environment. A successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to develop relationships across the organization, and strong communication and project management skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy.
  2. Act as a key member in the development and execution of Medtronic’s overall HR strategy.
  3. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals.
  4. Manage the talent acquisition budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, such as staffing agencies and universities.
  6. Collaborate with the corporate recruiting team to ensure successful hiring processes.
  7. Create and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  8. Develop and implement metrics to track and measure talent acquisition success.
  9. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial job postings to onboarding.
  10. Monitor current and emerging trends in the talent acquisition space.
