Senior Principal Metals Process Engineer

We are searching for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Principal Metals Process Engineer to join our team at Medtronic. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and sustaining technologies and processes to manufacture a broad range of implantable metal components and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have the technical knowledge and expertise to lead the development and implementation of novel process technologies, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple organizations to ensure successful delivery of projects.The successful candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metallurgical or Material Science Engineering, as well as 10+ years of relevant experience in metal processing, design, and/or product development. Our ideal candidate will also possess strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team of engineers.
