  1. Lead the development, improvement, and maintenance of manufacturing processes for Medtronic's life-saving products.
  2. Utilize technical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within manufacturing processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective process development and implementation.
  4. Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in medical technology to drive innovation and quality in Medtronic's products.
  5. Analyze data and utilize statistical tools to continuously improve processes and increase efficiency.
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure product quality and safety.
  8. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  9. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
  11. Communicate and collaborate with suppliers and external partners to improve process efficiency and quality.
  12. Participate in product development projects and provide input on design for manufacturability.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to other departments and teams within Medtronic.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all company safety protocols and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Process Design And Improvement Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma And Lean Manufacturing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards Related To Medical Device Manufacturing.

  • Proven Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects From Concept To Implementation.
