  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations and reduce costs while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues and improve overall efficiency.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve supply chain performance.
  5. Collaborate with global supply chain teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all regions.
  6. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track supply chain performance.
  7. Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions to continuously improve supply chain processes.
  8. Lead and participate in supply chain improvement projects and initiatives.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
  10. Mentor and train junior supply chain analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  12. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  13. Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
  14. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Analysis, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Identify Trends And Opportunities.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
