- Manage and optimize the Workday system for Medtronic's global workforce.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues within the Workday system, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and releases, ensuring that Medtronic's system is always utilizing the latest features and functionalities.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures and training materials.
- Conduct regular audits and data integrity checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of employee data within Workday.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, including HR and payroll colleagues, to optimize their use of the Workday system.
- Lead and participate in system testing and validation to ensure a smooth transition during system upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to identify and implement new system integrations and functionality.
- Proactively identify potential system issues and provide recommendations for resolution to ensure system stability.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.
- Continuously monitor and track system performance and usage, providing regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Workday, recommending and implementing new features and functionality to support business needs.
- Act as a project manager for Workday-related initiatives, ensuring successful and timely completion of projects.
- Contribute to the overall success of Medtronic by actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices, and offering suggestions for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hcm And Related Modules.
Advanced Knowledge Of Workday Business Processes And Configuration, Including Security And Integrations.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights.
