We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Medtronic. As a Sr Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes and tools to improve the manufacturing process. You will also be responsible for developing and executing validation plans, as well as troubleshooting and resolving process and product issues.We’re looking for a Sr Manufacturing Engineer who has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in medical device or healthcare related products engineering. You should have a strong knowledge of applicable engineering principles and experience with manufacturing process validation. You should also have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new processes and tools to improve the manufacturing process
