We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Process Engineer to join Medtronic’s team and help drive process improvements. Our ideal candidate has a passion for continuous improvement, is an excellent communicator, and is excited to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience as a process engineer in a manufacturing environment, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Knowledge of process engineering principles, processes and standards, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of successful process improvement projects and be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
