In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent across our global organization.   1. Develop and implement innovative and effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent across the global organization.
  2. Utilize data and market trends to continuously improve and optimize the recruitment process.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategies to meet talent demands.
  4. Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of recruitment plans.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards, to expand talent pool and enhance recruitment efforts.
  6. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition, and apply learnings to enhance recruitment strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and enhance company reputation.
  8. Manage the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.
  10. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the recruitment process.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  13. Support and participate in global recruitment projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Global Talent Acquisition Strategies And Programs.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Global Recruiting Practices, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Onboarding.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage A Large Team Of Recruiters.

  • Experience In Developing And Managing Talent Acquisition Budgets, As Well As Utilizing Data And Metrics To Drive Decision-Making And Continuous Improvement.
