- Develop and execute technical sourcing programs that align with Medtronic's overall sourcing strategy and business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate strong supplier partnerships to ensure high-quality materials are consistently delivered on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sourcing programs.
- Utilize market intelligence and industry trends to identify potential sourcing opportunities and drive innovation within the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze sourcing data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings opportunities.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of sourcing programs.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to sourcing and procurement, and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and performance of sourcing programs.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
- Represent Medtronic at industry conferences and events to promote the organization and identify potential partnerships.

Experience In Technical Sourcing: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Sourcing, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Sourcing Strategies, Supplier Management, And Contract Negotiations.
Project Management Skills: As A Technical Sourcing Program Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Effectively Communicate Project Updates To Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management: A Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Sourcing Strategies, Managing Supplier Relationships, And Ensuring Supply Chain Efficiency.
