  1. Provide technical support and expertise to healthcare professionals using Medtronic's vascular products.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and train healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of our vascular products.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  5. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback and insights on product performance and customer needs.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to inform product development and sales strategies.
  7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and increase the adoption of our vascular products.
  8. Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other events to showcase Medtronic's products and services.
  9. Provide timely and accurate reporting on customer interactions, sales activities, and market trends.
  10. Contribute to the development of new products and product enhancements by sharing customer insights and feedback.
  11. Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay updated on new product developments and updates.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  13. Represent Medtronic in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Vascular Or Cardiovascular Medical Device Industry.

  • Proficiency In Operating And Troubleshooting Various Imaging Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Anatomy And Physiology Of The Vascular System.

  • Ability To Communicate Effectively With Physicians And Other Healthcare Professionals.
