Job Description

As a VP R&D, Neurovascular at Medtronic, you will have a unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of Medtronic’s Neurovascular portfolio. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and shape the future of Medtronic’s Neurovascular portfolio.
  2. Drive the development and commercialization of innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.
  3. Build and manage relationships with cross-functional teams.
  4. Quickly identify and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Develop and commercialize medical device products.
  6. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Demonstrate a passion for innovation.
  8. Develop and execute strategic plans for the Neurovascular portfolio.
  9. Lead team meetings and actively participate in the decision-making process.
  10. Monitor the progress of projects and provide guidance and support when needed.
