- Provide patient-centered care: As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with BPH and LUTS.
- Conduct patient assessments: You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs to develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform diagnostic procedures: You will be expected to perform various diagnostic procedures, such as prostate exams and urinalysis, to assist in the diagnosis of BPH and LUTS.
- Prescribe and manage treatments: You will be responsible for prescribing and managing treatments for patients, including medications, lifestyle modifications, and surgical interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team: You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Educate patients and families: You will educate patients and their families on BPH and LUTS, treatment options, and self-management techniques to promote optimal health and well-being.

Master's Degree Or Higher In Nursing Or Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Program.
Current License And Certification As An Advanced Practice Provider In The State Of New York.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Outpatient Urology Surgery, Specifically In The Management Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia And Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms.
Strong Clinical Assessment And Diagnostic Skills, Including The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Diagnostic Tests And Imaging.
Excellent Communication And Patient Education Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Patient-Centered Care.
