Associate Director, HRIS

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as our Associate Director, HRIS. In this role, you will play an essential part in developing and managing our Human Resources Information System. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data and will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement changes to our HRIS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS practices and processes, and will be able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and at least five years of experience managing HRIS systems. You will also need strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and provide timely solutions to our HRIS-related issues.
