The Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Associate Director, Project Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of success in project management. We are looking for someone with a passion for driving projects to successful completion who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple departments and teams. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in a health care or research setting. They must have a proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders, on time and on budget, while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead project management efforts to ensure successful completion of projects on time and on budget.
  2. Monitor and evaluate project progress and performance against established goals.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Develop and track project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  5. Ensure quality and compliance standards are met throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project goals are met.
  7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers.
  8. Develop and report on project metrics.
  9. Identify and mitigate project risks.
  10. Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration.
