Job Description

At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, we are seeking an Attending Interventional Radiologist to join our team of world-renowned radiologists. This is a unique opportunity for a highly qualified radiologist to be part of an innovative and patient-focused interventional radiology team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced radiologist who is passionate about providing the highest level of patient care and leading the development of new treatments and technologies. The Attending Interventional Radiologist will be responsible for performing and interpreting imaging studies, providing interventional radiology services, and teaching fellows and residents. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide consultation services to referring clinicians and collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and be board certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). Subspecialty board certification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology is also preferred, along with a minimum of five years of experience performing interventional radiology procedures in an academic setting. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and a passion for teaching and medical research. We are looking for an individual who is eager to join a dynamic and progressive team and contribute to the success of the Interventional Radiology Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and interpret imaging studies
  • Provide interventional radiology services
