This individual will provide strategic leadership and direction for the Radiation Therapy department in line with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of clinical excellence in radiation therapy and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for advancing the Radiation Therapy department’s goals and objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of patient care and radiation safety.
- Establish performance metrics and ensure that the department is meeting organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and ensure that resources are utilized efficiently.
- Provide mentorship and guidance for staff to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to ensure that excellence is maintained.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the Radiation Therapy department is providing the highest level of patient care.
- Participate in research and education initiatives that will advance the field of radiation therapy.
- Represent the Radiation Therapy department in external meetings and conferences.
- Maintain current knowledge of new developments and technologies in radiation therapy.
Bachelor's Degree In Radiation Therapy
Certified By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) In Radiation Therapy
+ Years Of Clinical Experience In Radiation Therapy
Knowledge And Experience In Radiation Safety
Knowledge Of Relevant Imaging And Treatment Equipment
Knowledge Of Radiation Therapy Techniques
Experience In Patient Care
