- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
- Review and verify patient history and ensure proper positioning for accurate imaging.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Valid New York State Radiologic Technologist License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid License From The New York State Department Of Health To Practice Radiography In The State Of New York.
Arrt Certification: The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) Certification Is Required For This Position. This Certification Demonstrates That The Candidate Has Met The Necessary Education And Experience Requirements And Has Passed The National Certification Exam.
Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. This Degree Should Be From An Accredited Institution.
Experience In Oncology Imaging: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Oncology Imaging, Preferably In A Hospital Or Cancer Center Setting. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Specialized Imaging Techniques And Equipment Used In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Cancer.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As They Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals. They Should Also Be Able To Work Well In A Team Setting And Have The Ability To Prioritize And Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
