
Senior Program Coordinator
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive program coordination and support for a designated program. You should have excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for supporting the mission of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and a commitment to excellence. Required qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a program coordination role. The successful candidate must also have a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and a knowledge of program coordination principles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate program activities, such as meetings, trainings, and events.
- Develop and update program procedures and processes, ensuring that they are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for improvement.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for program activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with program stakeholders, including members of the community, government agencies, and other organizations.
- Prepare and maintain program reports and other program-related documentation.
- Assess program needs and develop strategies for addressing them.
- Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of program participants.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of program activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to program participants and stakeholders.
