CAD Designer

We’re seeking an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join the team at Menards. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for design and have a knack for problem-solving. If you’re an organized individual with a keen eye for design and a drive to learn and grow as a designer, this role is for you.The successful candidate will have a degree in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or a related field, and must have a minimum of two years of experience working in CAD. Expert knowledge of industry software, such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks, is essential, as well as proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of architectural drawing standards and conventions.
