Job Description

Are you an experienced Information Systems Security Analyst looking for a new challenge? Menards is looking for a talented individual to provide expertise and leadership to the organization in the area of Information Systems Security. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing the organization's Information Systems Security policies and procedures, monitoring networks for threats, and responding to security incidents.To succeed in this role, you must have experience with Information Systems Security, a strong understanding of Information Security principles, and be familiar with the latest security technologies. Additionally, you must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and environments. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain Information Systems Security policies and procedures.
  2. Monitor networks for potential security threats and respond to security incidents.
  3. Assist in the investigation of security incidents and provide recommendations for preventing future incidents.
  4. Stay up to date with the latest security technologies and principles.
  5. Develop and execute tests to ensure the security of the organization's systems.
  6. Provide leadership and expertise to the organization in the area of Information Systems Security.
  7. Maintain excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  8. Quickly adapt to changing priorities and environments.
