  1. Design and implement material flow processes in accordance with industry standards and company goals.
  2. Utilize simulation software to model and analyze material flow operations and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collect and analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations for optimizing material flow processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate material flow processes into overall production plans.
  5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for material flow processes.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or inefficiencies in material flow processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in material flow simulation to continuously improve processes.
  8. Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all material flow operations.
  10. Train and mentor team members on material flow simulation techniques and software.
  11. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute innovative ideas to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation and records of simulation results and process changes.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate and select optimal material flow equipment and solutions.
  14. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to material flow processes and make adjustments as needed.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on material flow simulation and provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Material Flow Simulation Software, Such As Automod, Flexsim, Or Tecnomatix.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Material Flow Simulation Within The Automotive Industry.

  • Familiarity With Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience In Implementing Them In Material Flow Simulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Large Amounts Of Data To Optimize Material Flow Processes.
