Quality Assurance Engineer

2. Analyze product designs and specifications to ensure they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
3. Monitor and review product performance data to identify any potential quality issues.
4. Develop and execute tests to verify product functionality, reliability, and durability.
5. Investigate customer complaints and feedback to identify potential quality issues.
6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
7. Work with product development teams to identify and implement process improvements.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Develop and present quality assurance reports to management.
