Job Description

  1. Support the planning, implementation, and management of clinical trials in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  2. Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of study participants throughout the duration of the trial.
  3. Conduct data collection, analysis, and interpretation to contribute to the development of life-changing medicines.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including physicians, scientists, and study coordinators to ensure successful trial execution.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized study documentation, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and regulatory submissions.
  6. Assist in the preparation and presentation of study results to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Adhere to all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
  8. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues to the study team.
  9. Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practices.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance study processes.
  11. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of life sciences and contribute knowledge to the study team.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  13. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
  14. Act as a liaison between the study team and study sites to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  15. Handle any other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinical Research Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacy

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Or A Related Field

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With A High Attention To Detail And The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
