- Oversee and optimize project management office (PMO) processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance project management capabilities.
- Provide guidance and support to the human resources division on various people-related initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project management standards, tools, and templates to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Act as a liaison between the PMO and other departments, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management and human resources to continuously improve processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the project management skills of team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Represent the PMO and human resources division in meetings and presentations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies for achieving company goals and objectives.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the PMO and human resources division.
- Act as a role model for the company's values and culture, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies, Tools And Techniques.
Experience In Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
