Associate Director, Quality Assurance

Merck & Co. is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Associate Director, Quality Assurance to help lead our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented leader who is passionate about ensuring the highest levels of product and service quality.This individual will be a key member of the Quality Assurance team, responsible for overseeing the development, coordination, and implementation of the Quality Assurance program. The Associate Director will ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with established regulatory requirements and company standards, and that all relevant documents are kept up to date.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have at least seven years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles and processes.
