Associate Principal Scientist, Novel Expression Systems

We are looking for an experienced and creative Associate Principal Scientist to join our Novel Expression Systems team at Merck & Co.! In this role, you will lead a team of scientists to develop innovative expression systems for biotherapeutics. You will be tasked with designing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive scientific excellence and innovation in the area of expression systems.We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is both analytical and creative and has a passion for research and development. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in molecular biology and protein engineering, as well as experience in bioprocess development and protein expression optimization. Experience in working with mammalian cell culture and/or microbial systems is highly desirable.
