  1. Assist in conducting experiments and tests in the laboratory to support research and development efforts.
  2. Perform routine laboratory procedures and maintain accurate records of all experiments and results.
  3. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
  4. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  5. Contribute to the development and improvement of experimental protocols.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and progress of projects.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and new technologies in order to improve laboratory techniques and procedures.
  9. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
  10. Participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions for improving processes and procedures.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Show a commitment to the company’s mission and values.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and data.
  14. Act as a role model for colleagues and maintain a professional and positive attitude.
  15. Assure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards.
  16. Train and mentor new laboratory technicians as needed.
  17. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Prior Experience In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Familiarity With Good Laboratory Practices (Glp) And Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp).

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Accurately Record And Interpret Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Colleagues And Present Findings To A Diverse Audience.
