- Conduct manufacturing and production activities in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Operate and maintain equipment and machinery used in the production process.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process.

Technical Skills And Knowledge: Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Laboratory Equipment, Manufacturing Processes, And Computer Systems Are Essential For An Associate Technician, Operations At Merck & Co. Familiarity With Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Quality Control Is Also Highly Desirable.
Attention To Detail: The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail Is Crucial For This Role, As Associate Technicians Are Responsible For Performing Precise Measurements, Following Strict Protocols, And Ensuring The Accuracy Of Data And Results.
