2. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance and quality management policies and procedures.
3. Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established standards.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance and quality issues and help develop solutions.
5. Develop and maintain documentation and records related to compliance and quality management systems.
6. Participate in training programs to educate employees on compliance and quality standards and procedures.
7. Support the maintenance and improvement of compliance and quality management systems, including document control, change management, and corrective and preventive actions.
8. Identify and report any potential or actual compliance or quality issues to management.
9. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to be presented to company leadership.
10. Stay up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and standards and provide recommendations for process improvement.
11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
