- Conduct research and analysis of industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance with local, national, and international requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance and quality management policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance and quality issues and help develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation and records related to compliance and quality management systems.
- Participate in training programs to educate employees on compliance and quality standards and procedures.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of compliance and quality management systems, including document control, change management, and corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify and report any potential or actual compliance or quality issues to management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to be presented to company leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and standards and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the Compliance and Quality Management Systems department.
