  1. Lead the development and execution of the company's data and analytics strategy to support business objectives and drive growth.
  2. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive business success.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions to address them.
  4. Manage a team of analysts and data scientists to execute analytics projects and provide guidance and mentorship for their professional development.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on data and analytics, staying current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand their data and analytics needs and provide strategic recommendations.
  7. Lead the design and implementation of data governance processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  9. Identify and evaluate new data sources and technologies to enhance the company's analytics capabilities.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage data and analytics resources and expertise.
  11. Develop and manage the department budget to ensure effective utilization of resources.
  12. Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to data privacy and protection and ensure compliance in all data and analytics activities.
  13. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness and impact of analytics initiatives and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
  14. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making by promoting the use of analytics throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Analytics, Data Science, Or Statistics.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Business Analytics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Analysts.

  • Proven Track Record Of Using Data Insights To Drive Business Strategy And Decision Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
