- Develop and drive the SAP technology strategy for the organization, in line with overall business objectives.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of technology resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging SAP technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
- Manage a team of SAP technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SAP technology team, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the budget for SAP technology initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of projects.

Leadership And Strategic Thinking: As An Executive Director, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Think Strategically To Effectively Align Sap Technology With The Overall Business Goals And Objectives Of Merck & Co.
