  1. Manage and optimize logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of medicines to patients worldwide.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, and distribution to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  3. Utilize analytical skills to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the logistics function.
  4. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  5. Maintain relationships with external logistics providers and negotiate favorable terms for transportation and warehousing services.
  6. Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business objectives and meet customer demands.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines related to the transportation and storage of pharmaceutical products.
  8. Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving logistics performance.
  9. Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed to meet performance targets.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in logistics planning.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and implementing best practices.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of any logistics issues.
  14. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Planning, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Proficiency In Supply Chain Management Software, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Supply Chain Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
