  1. Develop and maintain global clinical data standards to ensure consistency and accuracy across all clinical trials.
  2. Lead and manage a team of data standards professionals to implement and maintain data standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and align data standards with clinical trial protocols and regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitor and evaluate data quality and integrity to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
  5. Develop and implement processes and procedures for data standardization and data management.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to data standards and make necessary updates to internal processes.
  7. Train and educate clinical trial teams on data standards and ensure adherence to established standards.
  8. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure data standardization across all trial data sources.
  9. Monitor and track data standardization metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  10. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data standardization processes.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to clinical data management.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on data standards and provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
  13. Participate in the selection and evaluation of data standardization tools and technologies.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the data standards team.
  15. Contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the organization by actively participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Clinical Data Management: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management, With A Strong Understanding Of Global Clinical Data Standards And Regulations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Clinical Data Management, Such As Cdisc, Fda, And Ich Guidelines.

  • Proven Leadership Skills: As A Manager, Global Clinical Data Standards, The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In A Global Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Various Stakeholders, Including Data Managers, Statisticians, And Regulatory Professionals. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Manager, Global Clinical Data Standards, Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Proactively Identify And Resolve Potential Issues Related To Clinical Data Management To Ensure Data Integrity And Quality.
