  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production processes, quality control, and compliance with industry regulations.
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing department.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth and timely production of medicines.
  5. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in the manufacturing facility.
  7. Manage budget and resources to meet production targets and cost objectives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to continuously improve processes and stay competitive.
  10. Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on production status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development within the manufacturing team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Manufacturing, Engineering, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Operations, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Regulatory Requirements

  • Proven Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Develop A Team

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Efficiency In Operations.
