Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team and help ensure the highest level of customer service, product knowledge, and sales performance.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, and must possess a deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities:

  1. Promote Merck & Co.'s products and services to customers.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  3. Provide excellent customer service.
  4. Stay up to date on pharmaceutical industry developments.
  5. Develop and present product knowledge and sales presentations.
  6. Manage multiple customer accounts.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Meet established sales goals and objectives.
  9. Utilize sales software and applications to track progress.
  10. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback.
