  1. Develop and execute global medical strategies for pipeline and biomarker products.

  4. Provide strategic input and guidance for pipeline and biomarker development.

  7. Monitor and analyze medical and scientific data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  8. Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  9. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the medical field and incorporate new knowledge into product strategies.
  10. Contribute to the overall mission of improving patients' lives through the discovery and development of innovative healthcare solutions.
  11. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  12. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote products and enhance the company's reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (Md Or Equivalent) With Board Certification In A Relevant Specialty, Such As Oncology Or Immunology.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Medical Affairs, Preferably In A Leadership Role, Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Pipeline And Biomarker Development, Including Experience With Clinical Trials And Data Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Regulations And Guidelines Related To Medical Affairs, As Well As A Proven Track Record Of Successful Interactions With Regulatory Authorities.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Key Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
