Medical Degree (Md Or Equivalent) With Board Certification In A Relevant Specialty, Such As Oncology Or Immunology.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Medical Affairs, Preferably In A Leadership Role, Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Demonstrated Expertise In Pipeline And Biomarker Development, Including Experience With Clinical Trials And Data Analysis.
Strong Understanding Of Global Regulations And Guidelines Related To Medical Affairs, As Well As A Proven Track Record Of Successful Interactions With Regulatory Authorities.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Key Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
